While Oscar winning director James Cameron was in the country recently for a conclave Asin was the lucky actress to have met him. She was present at the conclave to represent the industry’s youth and speak on the subject of Reality v/s Idealism. She got the opportunity speak to him at length during the evening that followed.

Reveals a source present, “Asin and James were both present to bring in Aamir‘s birthday and they had a great time. Aamir even joked to Asin asking her to put a single candle on his cake as opposed to 45 of them. They had a quiet dinner together and discussed cinema and the likes. James Cameron even pulled Asin’s leg to the extent that James was asking her for her autograph throughout the evening.”

We come to hear that Asin being the great conversationalist that she is, jokingly asked the world’s renowned director if he wanted to break into Bollywood to which the witty director replied, “Sure, why not but on one condition, no song and dance for me in my movie”

Its not very common to see the Beautiful Aishwarya rai  at the audio release of a film. But the occasion was special here as it was the audio launch of Tamil film “Rettachuzhi” produced by Shankar, who is directing her in “Endhiran: The Robot”. Aishwarya looked ravishing as ever in a white saree at Sathyam Cinemas Monday evening in chennai.

“When we explained to her the significance of ‘Rettachuzhi’ and the cast of the film, she immediately agreed. It’s not just her beauty but her commitment towards her profession, which has made her a great actress,” said Shankar who was obviously thrilled to have her at the occasion.

Ash released the audio cassettes and CDs of “Rettachuzhi” which were accepted by noted lyricist Vairamuthu. Ash had once been described by Vairamuthu as a “Taj Mahal weighing 50 kilograms” in one of his lyrics for the film “Jeans”.

The fans were elated when Ash spoke in fluent Tamil and later switched backed to English. “It’s an honour for me to have been present at this place among legends like Balachander and Bharathiraaja and I feel proud about it. I also feel happy that a woman is treated so respectfully at a public function like this,” she said.

“I can never forget the Tamil film industry and director Shankar in my life. Shankar’s ‘Jeans’ was my first successful film. The many things I learnt during the making of the film gave me enough self-confidence that I could continue to act for a few more years.

“I feel even more proud to be part of Shankar’s ‘Endhiran’ opposite superstar Rajnikanth…I watched a few songs and some sequences from ‘Rettachuzhi’…I think Karthick Raaja’s music and tunes are excellent. I would surely watch the film in future,” she added.

Now that her Bollywood career is not going great for asin. So the actress Asin has shifted focus back to South India. She is apparently talking to producers in the Malayalam and Tamil movie industries. Though a Malayali, Asin has acted in only one Malayalam movie so far – and that was her debut film. Anyway, it looks like Chennai is eager to have the actress back. She has already been signed for the lead role in the Tamil remake of the Malayalam hit Bodyguard.

Then, she is acting in a film for Muragadoss opposite Surya. Director Silambarasan has asked her to play the lead in his film Vaaliban, and there’s also a film with Jayam Raja opposite superstar Vijay. But it’s not as if Bollywood is ignoring Asin. She has been asked to play the lead role in the Hindi version of Kaakha Kaakha, co- starring John Abraham. The film is being directed and remade by Gautham Menon.

So in the coming years, there will be a lot of Asin everywhere in the country.

The very first love for beautiful actress and musician Shruti Hassan, the daughter of legendary actor, Kamal Hassan, has always been music though she was liked by the critics for her beauty and performance in her debut movie ‘Luck’. Her first movie as actress did not go well but she always to do music than acting.

Endhiran is one of  the biggest budget film in india. Thus After spending crores on his movie Endhiran starring Aishwarya Rai and Rajnikant, director Shankar is in talks to get a 3D version of it. Yes, nothing was planned but in an attempt to stop piracy of his film, Shankar is keen to make a 3D version. As reported by a daily, a part of ‘Endhiran’ will get converted into 3D.

Recently the Kollywood movie  ‘Jaggubhai’ was available on the internet before it came out of the processing lab. So now, the director who is in no mood to take risks with his magnum opus is consulting financial experts to get ‘Endhiran’ in 3D. He was also shown a 3D demo of the movie by a special effects company, and was extremely impressed by the result.

So by his effort the Kollywood movie will get a new dimension and he also paved way to stop the video piracy its a new but intelligent effort. So lets he begin and others follow to some extent.

So to conclude, the movie is an remake of telugu “Arya” and as “Feel my love”. Finally to wrap, “Feel my love” seems to be more touchy and melody to hear. Hope this song will help the movie to move towards top of the countdown.
